Report a fault

In case of technical problems please fill in the fault form.

Please make sure that you dialled the correct telephone number.
Any low quality or no connection can be due to an inferior network or to a poor coverage (mostly to mobile destinations) in certain regions. Subsequently the connection is either not crystal clear or it takes a bit longer to connect you. Unfortunately we cannot influence these circumstances in the respective country. The only advice that we can give you is to try again or to wait till being connected.
